What you’ll do?

• Provide production support for Java-based applications, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues using tools like ELK stack.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to application functionality, performance, and integration.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements in a timely manner.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Manage and optimize Oracle SQL queries and database performance.
• Utilize Linux commands for environment handling and application deployment support.
• Maintain and configure caching solutions such as Coherence or similar technologies.
• Document processes, incident resolutions, and system configurations for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely support during critical incidents.

What you’ll bring:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Java application production support
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot frameworks
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and database concepts
• Familiarity with Linux commands and environment handling
• Basic understanding of ELK stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana) for indexing and monitoring
• Basic knowledge of Coherence caching or similar caching technologies
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to analyze application performance issues
