Senior Dispatcher – Fleet Operations

Ubicación

Remote (México-based candidates supporting U.S. clients)

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

⏰ 7:00 am – 4:00 pm CST

Salary & Benefits

Payroll (MXN): $18,000 – $21,000 MXN + law benefits

Direct/Contractor (MXN): $22,000 – $26,000 MXN net + benefits

Are you a hands‑on leader with a strong execution mindset and experience working closely with drivers and operations teams? We are looking for a Fleet Manager to lead and manage an assigned group of drivers while driving performance, safety, and operational excellence.

This role is critical to keeping the fleet moving efficiently through strong relationships, attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving.

Role Summary

The Fleet Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership and performance management of an assigned fleet. This role focuses heavily on execution, driver partnership, and meeting key operational benchmarks across safety, service, utilization, and compliance.

️ Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full ownership of an assigned board of drivers through consistent leadership behaviors and actions.
• Meet required performance levels across key KPIs, including miles, active rate, retention, service, and fuel compliance.
• Perform complex clerical and analytical tasks requiring strong knowledge of operational processes and the ability to multitask independently.
• Execute daily operational responsibilities with strong attention to detail, including start‑of‑day and end‑of‑day activities.
• Ensure deadlines are met for compliance‑related items such as random drug screens, physicals, and certifications.
• Properly hand off open operational items to support shifts to maintain continuity.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications with drivers and internal team members.
• Build strong business partnerships with assigned drivers by aligning expectations and fostering trust.
• Commit to continuous improvement across miles, safety, service, retention, and fuel performance.
• Coach and mentor drivers, addressing performance issues and applying performance improvement processes when necessary.
• Effectively escalate and resolve operational issues, including planning or maintenance challenges, to minimize service disruptions.
• Support drivers with:
• Hours of Service (HOS)
• Load coordination
• Time management and trip planning

• Strong communication skills, especially when working directly with drivers
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Execution‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills
