Change Management Senior Consultant

As an experienced Change Management Senior Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Americas Delivery México leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

  • Understand the client's business needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the client, managing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction with the services rendered.

Design and Planning:

  • Aid in the design and implementation of transformation programs that align with the client's strategic objectives.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of change management strategies and plans.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with different teams to ensure the smooth execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to the team's overall effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Project Management:

  • Participate in multiple client engagements and projects, ensuring all tasks are completed within the defined timelines.
  • Identify potential project risks and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.

Knowledge Sharing:

  • Contribute to the creation and sharing of best practices, tools, and methodologies that can be used across projects.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast with the latest trends and developments in the field of human capital and organization transformation.

Professional Development:

  • Continuously improve professional skills through various learning programs, mentoring, and on-the-job experiences.
  • Provide support to junior staff and contribute to their professional development.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, management, human resources, organizational behavior, or psychology, in Communications, Marketing, Business; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on/applied experience in the areas above
  • Background in Digital communication tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in designing and editing communication materials.
  • Proficiency in using communication software and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media platforms, and design software
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate communication data and effectiveness
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage crises
  • Commitment to ethical communication standards and knowledge of relevant laws
  • Adaptability and openness to continuous learning

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree, preferably in business, management, human resources, instructional design, education, organizational behavior, or psychology; or equivalent experience
  • +5 years of experience in industry or consulting in communication and development/organization design/change management/digital and cloud solutions space
  • Familiarity with ERP systems e.g. Workday/Oracle/SAP
