We are looking for an HR Business Partner Manager to support our logistics operations, partnering closely with leaders to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business results.

Role Purpose

Act as a strategic partner to business leaders within a logistics and operations-driven environment, providing expert HR guidance, leading people initiatives, and ensuring alignment between workforce strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team supporting logistics and operational areas
• Partner with site and functional leaders to define and execute HR strategies aligned with operational goals
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, labor law compliance, and sensitive HR matters in complex environments
• Oversee key HR programs including talent development, performance management, compensation, and workforce planning
• Support change management initiatives related to growth, transformation, or operational optimization
• Facilitate communication between leadership and employees across operations
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, internal policies, and Empresa standards
• Manage HR budgets and resource alUbicación
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership within a high‑volume, operational setting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 8 - 10 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operational environments
• Strong background in labor relations, labor law, compensation, payroll, Talent management and HR policies
• Experience working with operational and leadership teams in complex or unionized environments (desirable)
• Strong analytical, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Advanced English – fluent written and verbal communication
