Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role: Key Responsibilities Design and produce visual content—including display ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and print collateral—using pre-defined templates. Apply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and compliance across all formats. Deliver production-ready assets with minimal creative direction, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing stakeholders. Ensure all visuals meet accessibility standards and follow brand and legal compliance requirements. Collaborate with creative leads and offshore teams to manage a high volume of deliverables while maintaining quality under tight timelines. Update, refine, and adapt assets for digital and print channels as needed. Must-have Skills (Remember to include years of experience) 2–3 years of experience in visual or graphic design, ideally in a high-volume production or marketing environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign . <
