We authentically care about the comfort, wellbeing, and career growth of all our employees making sure integrity, innovation, leadership, accountability, and collaboration continuously stand by one and each one of us. We believe and trust all our outstanding professionals and realize how special they are but what makes us even special is the family we have become through the years.

The Program Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation programs executed under Ksquare’s KITE framework — ensuring speed, predictability, quality, governance, and business value realization across multiple workstreams, releases, and stakeholder groups.

This role leads cross-functional teams delivering:

  • CRM modernization (Salesforce multi-cloud)
  • Core operations digitization
  • Integrations with legacy and partner platforms
  • Omnichannel customer engagement
  • Data, analytics, and automation layers

in highly regulated, transaction-heavy industries.

Core Responsibilities (Aligned to KITE)

1. Program Governance & Execution Control

  • Own the full program lifecycle: Discovery → Design → Build → Test → Go-Live → Hypercare → Optimization

Establish and run:

  • Executive Steering Committees
  • Sponsor governance forums
  • Scrum-of-Scrums and release cadences

Enforce formal:

  • Scope control
  • Change management
  • RAID management
  • Dependency tracking

Non-negotiable: No uncontrolled scope drift, no blind spots, no delivery by heroics.

2. Multi-Stream Delivery Leadership

Lead and synchronize parallel workstreams such as:

  • CRM core implementation
  • Business process digitization
  • Integration platforms (APIs, middleware)
  • Data & analytics
  • Omnichannel experiences (call center, digital, automation, bots)
  • Change management & adoption

Ensure:

  • End-to-end business flow works — not just individual modules
  • Integration risks are surfaced early
  • Releases are business-ready, not just technically deployed

3. Roadmap & Release Ownership

  • Convert strategic roadmaps into executable delivery plans

Manage:

  • MVP releases
  • phased rollouts
  • quick wins vs. risk-managed sequencing

Balance:

  • speed to value
  • operational risk
  • stakeholder readiness

Drive real outcomes, not slideware milestones.

4. Metrics-Driven Delivery Management

Own and publish program performance across:

Speed & Predictability

  • Release commitments vs delivery
  • milestone adherence
  • dependency resolution time

Efficiency

  • capacity vs velocity
  • effort variance
  • throughput

Quality

  • defect leakage
  • automation coverage
  • release stability

Business Value

  • adoption
  • operational KPIs
  • process efficiency gains

Use data to steer — not to report after failure.

5. Risk, Compliance & Change Leadership

Proactively identify:

  • technical risks
  • operational bottlenecks
  • organizational resistance
  • Implement structured mitigation plans

Drive change management in parallel with technical delivery:

  • stakeholder readiness
  • training
  • adoption measurement

In regulated industries, governance is part of delivery — not overhead.

Required Experience:

Must Have

  • 8–12+ years leading large enterprise programs (not just projects)

Proven delivery of:

  • multi-stream digital transformation initiatives
  • CRM or core platform modernization
  • Heavy integration ecosystems
  • Experience in at least one regulated/high-volume industry: Financial Services, Insurance, Retail/Marketplace platforms.

Strong background in:

  • Agile at scale (Scrum, hybrid models)
  • formal program governance
  • executive stakeholder management

Strongly Preferred:

  • Salesforce program delivery experience (multi-cloud environments)
  • Integration-heavy ecosystems (APIs, middleware, legacy coexistence)
  • Leading phased transformation roadmaps over 6–18 months
  • Driving adoption, not just system deployment

Certifications (Expected Standard)

  • PMP or PgMP (preferred)
  • Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
  • Salesforce knowledge/certification is a strong plus

Leadership Profile We Expect

This is not a task-tracker PM.

The right Program Manager:

  • Commands executive rooms
  • Makes scope and priority trade-offs decisively
  • Surfaces risks early (no surprises culture)
  • Drives cross-team accountability
  • Uses metrics as steering mechanisms
  • Balances speed with operational stability
  • Can run high-pressure transformation programs

Success Measures in the Role

  • Programs delivered on committed release plans
  • Controlled scope and financial predictability
  • Stable go-lives with minimal business disruption
  • Measurable adoption and operational impact
  • Executive trust and repeat program ownership

In short:

This Program Manager must be able to:

  • Run enterprise-scale digital transformation like a business operation
  • Govern complexity across tech, people, and process
  • Deliver phased value without chaos
  • Enforces KITE discipline while enabling agility
