Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer located in México, GUA. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining back-end systems and software applications. The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, ensure code reliability and performance, and participate in code reviews and best practice implementations. The Puesto may also involve mentoring junior engineers and contributing to architectural decisions for scalable software systems.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Programming.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologies and frameworks.
• Ability to research, analyze, and solve complex technical challenges efficiently.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
