• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery, acting as Project Manager to ensure successful execution.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and committed delivery dates.
• Define and maintain clear communication plans with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the execution of infrastructure-related projects, applying general knowledge of clusters and IT environments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, and aligned with business objectives; Salesforce knowledge considered a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
• Technical knowledge of infrastructure and emerging technologies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing work teams.
• Analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders and negotiating with different parties.
• Strong problem-solving and resource management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English level (minimum 500 TOEIC points).

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud migrations, and Salesforce.
• CISCO and cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are desirable.
• Knowledge of project and delivery methodologies such as PMP, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC, and DevOps.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking).
• Experience managing project budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX.
