If you are a motivated and passionate individual, join Sutherland today as a Customer Support Expert! In this role, you’ll get to provide exceptional customer service to restaurant owners and managers by responding inquiries related to card reader issues, online ordering set up and much more. You will also navigate processes to properly escalate and coordinate customer responses according to Empresa values. You not only will give away your experience and expertise with empathy, but you’ll also expand your knowledge of hardware and POS software through trainings, articles, and everyday tasks.
