Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

• Supervise part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of salaried employees. This does not include production supervisors who oversee hourly employees.
• Develop conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
• Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understand how work of own team contributes to the area.
• Resolve issues using established procedures. Consult supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• Collaborate with others to solve issues. For customer-facing roles, develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GE Vernova. Exchange technical information, ask questions and check for understanding.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, manufacturing, Industrial or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in Operation Management and Production Control.
• Legal right to work in México. We will not sponsor individuals for legal permits or visas.
• Fluent Spanish - English oral and written.
• Lean Manufacturing basic knowledge.
• Able to lead teams with focus in productivity improvement.

• Standard Repair Work scope.
• Additional Major Repairs Work scope/repair plans.
• Initial and final reports on WebCRT.
• PCO report and job categorization.
• Type 2 problem solving – conduit to AMRT.
• Routers, Process Folder creation physical & digital.
• Production planning, sequencing.
• Notify Major Repairs to Cell Leader.
• Non-Conformance Reports (create & track).

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and control production lines.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
