Healthcare Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery México (ADMX)

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

  • Lead discussion with business and functional analysts to understand requirements and assess integration impacts on business architecture.
  • Prepare technical architecture and design, clarify requirements, and resolve ambiguities.
  • Develop solutions in line with established technical designs, integration standards, and quality processes.
  • Create and enforce technical design and development guides, templates, and standards.
  • Conduct detailed deliverable reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

Qualifications

Required

  • 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
  • Completion of coursework in any pertinent field or industry.
  • Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.
  • Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Understand US healthcare workflows
  • Experienced in performing configuration changes and systems built in HER (Electronic Health Record) platforms.
  • Experienced in Healthcare management, hospital administration, care delivery operations, front office/revenue cycle basics, laboratory techniques, specimen processing, clinical workflow familiarity, order sets, clinical guidelines/pathways, etc.
  • Ability to perform estimation of work products
  • Ability to understand Service Level Agreement (SLA) methodology and follow the same as per engagement requirements
  • Excellent documentation skills such as application understanding, change management, etc.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Shift timings: Rotational shift as per business requirements
  • Ubicación: Queretaro, Guadalajara, Monterrey.

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience in Epic.
  • Certification: Certified in any Epic module in Clinical, Revenue Cycle or Technical (e.g. Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Optime, ASAP/Orders, Resolute PB/HB, Grand Central, etc.).
