NAPS is supporting a leading global semiconductor Empresa in the search for talented Digital Design and Digital Verification Engineers to join a highly technical and development‑driven team. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who want to grow their career in a world-class engineering environment.

As a Digital Design / DV Engineer, you will:

• Contribute to the development of PMIC, RFFE, and digital IC designs.
• Work on RTL design, validation, and implementation flows.
• Write software-based test environments to ensure RTL behaves as intended.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on architecture, modeling, and verification.
• Use industry-standard EDA tools for simulation, synthesis, and timing analysis.
• Participate in a long-term development roadmap with deep technical training (≈1 year).

We are seeking engineers who are:

• Smart, curious, and eager to learn, even if they don’t have experience in every area.
• Interested in a long-term technical career path.
• Comfortable working in hybrid software/hardware environments.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of:

• Digital Logic
• VLSI
• Verilog
• IC Design fundamentals

Experience or academic exposure to:

• Digital and/or Analog IC Design
• Digital Electronics / Power Electronics
• Background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Verification methodologies
• Experience writing software for validation or testing (Python, Perl, etc.)
• Understanding of RTL simulation and verification environments
• Arithmetic and Logic Units (ALU)
• Git
• EDA Tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Xcelium, PrimeTime, etc.)
• Static Timing Analysis (STA)
