Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Teacher located in Hermosillo, SON. The English Teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging English lessons, planning and organizing lesson materials, and employing teaching techniques to suit diverse learning styles. Additional responsibilities include fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, evaluating student progress, and contributing to the overall academic and emotional development of students as part of Keystone's mission to nurture lifelong learners.

Qualifications

• Expertise in English Teaching and strong foundational knowledge in Education practices
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to design structured, effective curriculums
• Demonstrated skills in Teaching and engaging with students across various age groups
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and team members
• Flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and a willingness to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
• A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certification preferred
• Experience working with or supporting neurodiverse learners is a plus
• Familiarity with SEL and project-based learning methods is highly beneficial
