Driving a continuous improvement strategy throughout the Transformation Organization, Process expert that provides process design subject matter expertise throughout the design and continual improvement of business processes and operations. Works with Process Owners, Project Managers, Design Leads, Functional Leads, and SMEs, and creates and supports creating new business processes and improving existing ones.

As a Transformation Sr Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of

• Business Process Mapping, contribute with an end‑to‑end approach in every program, project, or initiative and its connection with the Enterprise Process Model (EPM).
• Works with Process Owners to create and support new business processes and improve existing ones.
• Work with Process Owners and Design Leads to develop and/or improve processes, design and maintain LatAm PepsiCo Process Taxonomy aligned to the EPM.

Who are we looking for?

• Professional in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, and/or Administration Technology Management, or Business Management.
• Training on Business Process Management.
• Fluent in English.
• Demonstrates analytical ability to review large amounts of data and detail to highlight key risks, issues, and questions.
• Demonstrated application of Lean tools.
• Advanced knowledge in Visio, ARIS, PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Project.
• Negotiation capabilities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with internal management.
• Credibility and confidence to discuss high‑priority issues with senior leadership team members.
• Communicates effectively and uses sound judgment under pressure.
