About the Role:

As a fast-growing Amazon & eCommerce Consulting Agency, we’re seeking a driven, self-motivated, and marketing-oriented Graphic Designer. We offer a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment where you will be provided the opportunity to sharpen your organizational, time management, and technical graphic design skills. This is an English speaking and writing Puesto. All communication with project managers, account managers, and upper management will be conducted in English. However, most of the content team is Mexican and speaks Spanish. Obviously, you are welcome to converse in Spanish with your teammates. The ideal candidate will be able to read and comprehend English written copywriting documents and brand websites. This is necessary in order to identify the main benefits and features of the products in order to edit these details into clear and concise calls to action and visuals for digital advertising content and materials.

As AMZ Advisers grows and continues to expand more clients to the .mx marketplace, Spanish fluency will be desired and needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with a talented team of copywriters, editors, project managers, account managers as well as other graphic designers.
• Take an active role in shaping the visual communication for our clients’ digital marketing and advertising experiences.
• Provide valuable eCommerce design solutions for a wide range of products and clients.
• Specific responsibilities regarding content and design will include the following:

1. Gallery Photo Design (above the fold)

Based on the features and benefits of the product you will create:

• Lifestyle photos
• Infographics

1. A+ Content Design (below the fold)

Descriptive product copy will be provided with which you will create:

• Images and photo content that aligns with the brand and concept in a specified template and resolution/ size

1. Storefront Design (separate website type page within Amazon, detached from product detail pages)

Skills We’re Seeking:

• 1-2 years of experience in advertising/ marketing design and/or branding experience in an agency or in-house design department. Freelancers with proven experience are also welcome to apply
• A degree or diploma in graphic/ visual design, or proven equivalent experience
• High proficiency using Photoshop (for mockups, image retouching, color manipulation, advertising design)
• High Proficiency using Adobe Illustrator (for icon design, logo manipulation, and infographics)

• Good typography/ layout skills and a high attention to detail in order to maintain consistent branding and styling across all visual materials
• A strategic mindset to synthesize and communicate the client’s unique value proPuestos and the main qualities of their product in a cohesive and appealing way
• The ability to respond professionally to direction, constructive criticism, and client feedback
• Excellent time management & organizational skills to turn high quality work around ahead of deadlines
• The capacity and flexibility to design for different brands with multiple aesthetics and concepts in reduced time frames
• Video editing skills are required
