Puesto Objective

Lead the effective operation, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s internal media ecosystem to ensure timely, high‑quality, and strategically aligned communication. Oversee the production and publication of content by coordinating and executing the creation, editing, and publication of content across intranet, document repositories, and other corporate channels. Manage relationships with third‑party service providers, ensure operational efficiency, and prepare publication orders and reports that enable data‑driven decisions. This role strengthens employee engagement and organizational cohesion by delivering consistent, accessible, and impactful communication experiences across all internal media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operation, administration, and ongoing improvement of all internal media platforms.
• Coordinate and execute the creation, editing, and publication of content across the intranet, document repositories, and other internal communication channels.
• Oversee the production and publication of content ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality delivery of communication materials.
• Maintain and manage relationships with third‑party service providers to ensure effective service delivery and operational continuity.
• Prepare and manage publication orders, schedules, and performance reports to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and alignment of all communication materials with organizational strategy and culture.
• Support the production of multimedia assets, visuals, and written content used across internal platforms.
• Safeguard the integrity and functionality of internal media systems to enhance employee engagement and organizational alignment.

Core Competencies

• Master’s degree or specialization preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Internal or Digital Communications.
• Advanced English proficiency - it's a must.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Project Management
• Hands-on coordination of content operations
• Familiarity with intranets or digital workplace platforms.
• Experience preparing specialized information for activities involving executive teams.
• Knowledge of developing and implementing organizational communication.
• Experience managing, planning, and coordinating in-person and virtual events.
• Creativity and ability to innovate across channels and formats.
• This person should be able to manage timelines, workflows, and governance, work closely with IT and creative teams, and ensure smooth operational execution without performing technical configurations
• Results-oriented with a focus on measuring impact.
