Account Executive
Ubicación: Remote – LATAM
Working Hours: Full-time. Flexible schedule with overlap with U.S. business hours.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing sales team.
In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through closing, selling bookkeeping, accounting, reporting, and financial solutions to franchise owners and multi-unit operators.
You'll be responsible for building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting while also managing inbound opportunities. Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, strong discovery skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closed business and successful handoff to onboarding.
- Research and identify new franchise prospects that fit the ideal customer profile.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Perform consultative discovery to understand customers' operational and financial challenges.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing accounting services and technology platform.
- Build trusted relationships with franchise owners and multi-unit operators.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing on inbound lead follow-up and campaign execution.
- Partner closely with Onboarding and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay current on franchise industry trends, accounting technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into the franchise industry.
- Accounting or finance background.
- Experience selling accounting, fintech, ERP, or financial software solutions.
- Experience with Salesloft and Zendesk.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools.
