Puesto Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support a strategic B2B CRM implementation.

This role is Salesforce-Primero: the ideal candidate understands Salesforce objects, processes, automation, approvals, security, and reporting — and can translate business needs into clear, structured backlog items ready for configuration and development.

You will work closely with the TPO and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clarity, traceability, and successful UAT and go-live execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis with strong Salesforce understanding.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Define Salesforce-related business rules (record types, required fields, validation logic, status flows).
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce admins and functional consultants.
• Manage and maintain backlog in Jira.
• Design test cases and coordinate UAT cycles.
• Document reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Support go-live and hypercare stabilization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal/Compliance, Security, Architecture, and Integration teams.
• 4 years of experience in Salesforce projects.
• Strong functional expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Solid understanding of:
• Case Management
• Opportunity & Pipeline Management
• Approval Processes
• Validation Rules
• Basic automation concepts (Flows)
• Security model (roles, profiles, permission sets)
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience executing or coordinating UAT.
• Experience in B2B commercial processes (pipeline, approvals, documentation workflows).
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong autonomy and quality orientation.

• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience in multi-País implementations.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Exposure to integration-heavy ecosystems.
