About the role

Station Entertainment is a creator talent management agency. We represent YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram creators, and we close brand partnerships for them at volume.

The Talent Coordinator is the person who makes those partnerships actually happen. Once a deal is signed, you own it: timelines, deliverables, approvals, revisions, go-live, and the recap that lands back with the creator and the brand. You are the connective tissue between our agents, our creators, and the brands paying for the work.

These are the standards, not stretch goals. Every Talent Coordinator is measured against them every month.

Metric Target

Collaborations live per month- 35 minimum

Contracted content that goes live-95%

Content live before the 15th of the month-45%

Creator recap emails sent-100%

Biweekly creator recaps completed-100%

HubSpot and ClickUp documentation-100% complete

Client satisfaction average-9.5 or higher

Client retention-100%

To be clear on scale: 35 deals live in a month is the floor for a coordinator in good standing. Our strongest coordinators run past 50. 

What you will do
  • Manage the full post-signature lifecycle for every collaboration assigned to you
  • Track timelines, agreements, deliverables, approvals, posts, and performance insights
  • Coordinate across agents, creators, and brand contacts to keep content on schedule
  • Own all documentation in HubSpot and ClickUp so nothing lives in your head
  • Send creator recaps on a biweekly cadence, with insight into campaign effectiveness
  • Push content live early in the month rather than sprinting at the deadline
  • Run all communication and workflow through Gmail and our CRM
  • Take on new responsibility as the role and the roster grow
What we are looking for
  • Outreach, coordination, and account management experience, ideally in influencer marketing, talent management, media, or advertising
  • Fluent, professional written English. You will be writing to brands daily
  • Real comfort inside a CRM. HubSpot experience is a strong plus
  • Obsessive follow-through. You chase the answer instead of waiting for it
  • Composure under volume. Dozens of live campaigns at once is normal
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. Nobody here waits to be told
How the role works
  • Remote, with a dedicated Inicio office or desk setup required. Reliable internet, and a quiet, distraction free space suitable for professional calls and confidential work. This is not a laptop-in-a-cafe or work-while-traveling role
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm. Once you are hitting your targets and showing up for meetings, you have latitude to set your own hours inside that window
  • Performance based monthly bonus on top of base compensation, tied directly to the metrics above. Deals live, mid-month pace, and revenue each earn separately
