Role Description

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of interior projects—from the initial creative spark to the final styling on-site. You are the bridge between visionary design and operational reality, ensuring that every project is aesthetically stunning, functionally sound, and delivered within budget.

• Develop innovative design concepts that align with client requirements and brand identity.
• Create evocative Moodboards and Look & Feel presentations to communicate materiality, lighting, and atmosphere.
• Produce detailed 2D technical drawings (layouts, sections, elevations) and concept 3D visualizations.

• Source and select all Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), including custom-designed pieces, finishes, and hardware.
• Manage the Procurement process: requesting quotes, negotiating with vendors, and issuing purchase orders.
• Maintain an updated library of suppliers and artisanal collaborators.

• Develop and manage comprehensive Project Budgets, ensuring design intent meets financial constraints.
• Create project timelines and coordinate with external contractors, engineers, and artisans.
• Oversee the Logistics of purchase management, including tracking lead times and coordinating deliveries.

• Supervise on-site construction to ensure work aligns with technical specifications.
• Lead the Final Assembly and Installation phase, overseeing the placement of furniture and decor.
• Perform final quality control and "snag list" resolution to ensure a flawless handover to the client.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) for international vendor negotiation and client presentations.
• End-to-end project management experience, from initial conceptualization to final on-site mounting.
• Advanced command of AutoCAD for technical drafting and construction sets.
• Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling and spatial development.
• Ability to produce basic renders to effectively communicate design concepts.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing budgets, procurement schedules, and purchase orders.
• Proven experience creating Moodboards and Look & Feel presentations.
• Expertise in FF&E selection, sourcing, and global procurement logistics.
• Strong experience in supplier management, quote negotiation, and delivery tracking.
• Hands-on experience in on-site supervision, installation, and final styling.
• Deep knowledge of interior materials, millwork detailing, and finishing standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on meeting strict deadlines and budget constraints.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to handle real-time challenges during the final assembly phase.
