Business Analysis & Application Support:

  • Provide senior-level support for Azentio's Beyontech application, ensuring its optimal performance and availability.
  • Prioritize and help Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, working closely with internal teams and external Beyontech developers to provide bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with Beyontech’s development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Monitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Manage application Change Requests, upgrades, patches, and configurations in collaboration with IT teams to test and promote fixes into production.
  • Maintain detailed records of support activities, including issue tracking and resolution documentation.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, application performance, and support activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and priorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior-level application support role, specifically with Azentio's Beyontech application.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with insurance industry is a plus.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks for incident, problem, and change management.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in business analysis or IT application support are an advantage.
