We are looking for a Commercial & Logistics Controller to join our team and support financial planning, performance monitoring, and business decision-making within a dynamic environment.

This role will work closely with the Plant Controller and CFO, providing key insights and ensuring proper control over financial and operational results.

Objective:

Support the Business Controller and CFO in the planning and controlling processes, identifying critical areas, proposing improvement actions, and ensuring proper tracking of operational and financial performance within the assigned business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Perform data analysis and financial scenario modeling.
• Monitor and control operational results and KPIs.
• Provide reports and insights to corporate and executive leadership.
• Analyze profitability (by product and overall business).
• Identify risks and propose corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between commercial, logistics, and financial performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in controlling or similar roles.
• Strong experience in reporting to corporate and senior leadership.
• Solid background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of P&L and accounting principles.
• Experience in commercial, logistics, or supply chain controlling (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English (business level).
