Overview: The **Training Delivery Specialist** is responsible for the implementation and facilitation of onsite and virtual training. Responsible for determining training needs and acting as a resource for employees. This Puesto will deliver multi-functional courses to drive a customer-focused and experience-driven learning culture across GM Financial International Operations (GMF IO). This Puesto will contribute to the standardization and alignment of the GMF IO vision to deliver better customer experiences by equipping employees, through an integrated approach, with operational knowledge, and delivering on-going learning experiences. **Ubicación**: Monterrey, MX **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate as part of a team of local and remote trainers. - Work with interdisciplinary teams that include employees, management, SMEs, and other stakeholders to support IO operations and: - Gather training requests and needs due to performance gaps. - Identify audience traits that may impact learning solutions or guide solution delivery. - Evaluate courses to recommend the best one for the needs of the employees/area. - Participate in Local and Global Training Calendar process. - Utilize sound adult learning methodologies to deliver course/ curriculum/programs for key functional areas, roles, and initiatives to support GMF IO operations employees. (On-going skills development, systems, products, customer service, etc.) - Ensure that there is successful integration of Think Customer when delivering service in our courses/programs. - Provide quality learner experiences by demonstrating excellent facilitation/training skills in classroom, webinar, and in the learner’s workplace. - Assist with coordination of logistics and resources (rooms, materials, catering, etc.) to ensure flawless delivery of training courses and programs. - Participate in the overall design and delivery process as required. - Maintain strict confidentiality of all information. - Travel may be required. (<25%) Qualifications: Education level: Bachelor’s degree (minimum). Learning Development, Education (preferred) Experience level: - Classroom and/or webinar facilitation: 3 - 5 years - Software/systems: MS Office, SharePoint, LMS, WebEx Training, Teams Language: Bilingual (English and Spanish) Certifications or special training required: Experience and exposure to ADDIE, Instructional Systems Design, Adult Learning Principles, Learning Styles such as: - Training Needs Assessment - Performance consulting - Root cause analysis - Gap analysis - Task analysis - Audience/learner analysis - Training Delivery/Facilitation - Classroom - Webinar - Evaluation and measurement - Kirkpatrick evaluation model (Level 1 - 4) - ROI - Excellent oral, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate to individuals and groups, including consultative, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills - Experience in the Financial Services industry and operational related Puestos - Proven experience working with multi-functional, multi-cultural, different countries, and/or decentralized teams - Experience with Customer Experience and Service Excellence initiatives - Excellent organizational skills, ability to create and maintain work relationships.
