We are seeking a proactive Client Services Coordinator to join our team and deliver exceptional client service across multiple channels. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset. This role involves managing client inquiries, resolving issues with empathy, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations with effective conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
- Document client interactions in CRM systems to ensure accurate records and smooth handoffs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support product ordering, returns, and replacements while maintaining confidentiality of client data.
- Generate reports and feedback insights to improve service quality and client retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central).
- Strong communication skills in English (native/bilingual) and Spanish (professional working).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in healthcare, retail, or e-commerce support is a plus.
