Who We’re Looking For:

A telecommunications engineer with solid experience in Cloud Native platform architecture and operations, specialized in hybrid and private environments using technologies such as OpenShift and OpenStack. Focused on deployment automation, and oriented toward managing scalable, secure, and highly available environments.

Capable of designing, implementing, and operating modern infrastructure based on Kubernetes and Docker, optimizing the software development lifecycle (DevOps). Able to collaborate with development, operations, and architecture teams to optimize continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer and maintain OpenShift platforms and Kubernetes environments.
  • Deploy containerized applications across development, QA, and production environments.
  • Automate deployments and configurations through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor performance, availability, and capacity of clusters.
  • Resolve incidents and issues related to containers and microservices.
  • Apply security best practices to images, access controls, and configurations.
  • Collaborate in the modernization of applications toward container-based architectures.
  • Document technical procedures and operational standards.

What You’ll Need:

  • Containers & DevOps: OpenShift deployment, administration, and monitoring of clusters. Kubernetes: objects, namespaces, pods, deployments, services, ingress. Containers: Docker, Podman, image building and management. CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Tekton, Argo CD. Infrastructure as Code: Ansible, Terraform.
  • OpenStack & Infrastructure: Implementation and operation of OpenStack (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone). Cloud and virtualization: AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware.
  • Observability & Operations: Prometheus, Grafana. Logging (ELK Stack). Advanced troubleshooting in distributed environments. Linux systems: administration, networking, processes, and security. Scripting: Bash, Python.
  • Networking: Virtual networks, SDN. Load balancing. Knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6. Proficiency in OSI and TCP/IP models.
  • Security: Secrets management, RBAC, policies, image scanning, vulnerability remediation. Security: firewalls, network policies.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Effective technical communication.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and automation.
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments.
