About the role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Internal Communications & Culture Intern to support daily tasks that enhance employee experience. This role is ideal for a university student seeking hands‑on experience in internal communication, culture, events, and corporate engagement. 

You will work directly with the Communication Manager and support the execution of simple but meaningful activities that contribute to an inclusive and engaging workplace. 

Key Responsibilities

• Help send weekly and monthly reminders (Team Connection Days, Movie Night, etc.). 
• Support celebration logistics (lists, reminders, taking photos, simple setup). 
• Assist in taking event photos and posting. 
• Support the creation of content (scripts, reminders, short messages). 
• Assist with basic documentation and follow‑up tasks. 
• Assist in preparing visual materials using templates (Canva). 
• Update the internal photo mural monthly. 
• Support organization of files, manuals, and signage. 
• Prepare and organize welcome kits. 
• Assist in printing and delivering ID cards. 
• Look for providers and do follow ups. 
• Manage invoices and update processes. 
• Send informational messages to employees. 

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in university – Último 2–3 semesters preferred. 
• Must provide IMSS insurance from your university (obligatory for internship). 
• Degree fields: Communication, Marketing, PR, Digital Media, Organizational Psychology, or similar. 
• Strong writing skills in English and Spanish. 
• Basic excel skills and bare knowledge of invoices. 
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools (a plus). 
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Attention to detail and preferred experience in organization of events.
• Intermediate - advanced English level

Internship Benefits

• $8,000 MXN monthly stipend 
• Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 7-11 AM (ideal for students) 
• 6‑month internship with possibility of conversion to full‑time
