Detailed Description of Responsibilities:

• Implement building construction projectsCoordinates construction scheduling and communication for construction projects.
• Manage daily construction and RFI support
• Act as liaison between in-field construction and project management.
• May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials and purchase orders Supervises construction activity in the field.
• Coordinate weekend/shutdown work plans with contractors, facilities, Engineering teams.
• Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and scheduling.
• Have knowledge of general building construction methods.
• Monitor equipment installation methods for confirmation that installation meets specifications and drawings.
• Coordinator RFI's and CCR's.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in industrial or commercial construction projects
• Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods
• Proficient drawing review and field application abilities
• OSHA 30 certification Ability to properly manage a construction schedule on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ability to stand, stoop, and walk throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant for many hours of the day.
• Ability to ascend & descend stairs to roof or equipment rooms throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant.
• Competent with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Associates degree in construction management
• Software experience: AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project
