Are you a strategic sales leader, with a passion for direct client engagement and team development? At PolyWorks México , we're looking for a Direct Sales Director who can drive growth, lead high-performing teams, and build strong, lasting relationships with key customers. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing direct sales strategies, managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, and expanding our footprint across the Mexican market. Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, by setting clear goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential Drive the sales pipeline by guiding the team in generating, qualifying, and closing high-value sales opportunities aligned with Empresa objectives Develop and implement growth strategies to expand major accounts and penetrate new markets, leveraging data-driven insights and industry trends Represent PolyWorks México at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting our software solutions and reinforcing our market presence. Support and empower channel partners, providing strategic direction and resources to enhance their sales performance and alignment with our brand Collaborate closely with headquarters, aligning local sales strategies with global objectives, share market insights, and contribute to international initiatives Ensure effective project tracking by consistently following up on each opportunity and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system. Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering in a related field. A master's degree in business administration or a related discipline is a strong asset. Accumulate at least 10 years of experience as a strategic sales leader, handling major accounts (particularly with high-technology products). Have experience in 3D metrology or strong knowledge of PolyWorks is highly desirable. Engage in English-based conversations without difficulty Be available to travel within México (driver's license required).
