Puesto Summary

Mid-level consulting role within the Data & AI practice, responsible for delivering end-to-end analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions for U.S.-based healthcare clients with moderate oversight. The Consultant brings strong command of data visualization in Power BI and Tableau, advanced SQL, and Python (desirable), together with enough healthcare domain knowledge to advise clients on reporting needs, data strategy, and BI tool migrations without constant direction. This role is capable of guiding Associates and managing day-to-day client communication, and it represents the evolution of the former BI Developer Puesto into a more autonomous, client-facing profile.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver BI solutions, dashboards, and metrics in Power BI and Tableau.

• Lead Tableau-to-Power BI migrations and Epic report development.

• Perform advanced SQL-based data analysis, validation, and data modeling.

• Engage directly with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs and KPIs into data-driven requirements and validation logic.

• Lead dashboard reviews, data validation sessions, and UAT activities.

• Manage your own workstreams and escalate complex issues to Senior Consultants.

• Guide Associates on shared projects and support their development.

• Clearly communicate data findings, quality issues, and reporting behavior to business users.

• Support client training, enablement, and sprint delivery.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 2 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, BI consulting, reporting and validation, or healthcare analytics.

• Advanced, hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau; data visualization is central to this role.

• Advanced SQL: joins, aggregations, filtering, performance awareness, and data validation.

• Python (intermediate) is desirable.

• DAX / Power Query and data modeling skills.

• Experience with Epic (Clarity, Caboodle, SlicerDicer) is a plus.

• Familiarity with HL7 / FHIR basics and Azure / cloud basics is a plus.

• Strong structured thinking, client communication, requirements gathering, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced English (C1) for fluent client communication and written deliverables.

• Certifications expected within 12 months: PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst), Epic Reporting Workbench, and Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900).
