Role Definition

Responsible for the planning of the material requirement, the veracity of the inventory and monitoring of the PQVC indicators by production line.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate that materials are moved efficiently between workstations, production lines and warehouses, minimizing delivery times.
  • Follow up on demand and manufacturing orders to determine material needs. Align material availability with production plans.
  • Maintain constant communication to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor inventory levels in line production and maintain veracity.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers and suppliers. Follow-up to non-conforming areas for material rejects.
Degree Requirement
  • Basic English is required
  • Undergraduate or ongoing degree required

  • Focus on compliance with its own and its customers' indicators.
Inventory Management – MFG

Follow the processes to maintain a healthy inventory, resolve discrepancies.

  • Manages the traceability of the material required to cover the production plan.
  • Performs basic inventory management tasks and activities to ensure compliance with the veracity of inventories in production lines and warehouses.
  • Process monitoring to carry out the reception, identification, validation and distribution of components for specific storage.
Top candidates will have
  • Education: Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in order to produce processes
  • Knowledge: 2 years managing personnel in areas of the supply chain
  • Basic English
  • Availability to rotate shifts
  • Knowledge: 6 Sigma Methodology, Continuous Improvement, leadership tools, Productivity improvement projects, Emotional Intelligence
  • Optional: SAP management, Lean Manufacturing
