Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Manage end-to-end order management process, from order entry to delivery
  • Process and maintain customer orders in SAP (order entry, invoicing, credits, returns)
  • Handle purchase orders, credit/debit notes and customer requests
  • Maintain communication with customers, including US stakeholders (written communication)
  • Partner with internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance) to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues
  • Use Salesforce and reporting tools to manage customer interactions and track cases
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and issue resolution

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade or related
  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service / Order Management
  • Experience with SAP (order entry, invoicing, credits/debits)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM systems
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • English B2+ (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills with international stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of order-to-cash or supply chain processes
