Customer Support Professional

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to think critically and make sound judgments. You will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.

  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced English required.
