The role is responsible for applying skills and knowledge of product compliance regulations to support sales and distribution of existing product and new product introductions. This role will be heavily involved in data input and export across multiple business units and functions to track and monitor key compliance data points such as chemical comPuestos and packaging material content. Requires 3+ years of relevant job-related or regulatory experience associated with product compliance. and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent work experience.

• Collaborate with third-party consulting service to provide necessary technical information associated with product design
• Review product compliance data and coordinate regulatory agency data for reporting in conjunction with manager.
• Work with ERP system administrators to update for required EPR and PFAS data reporting fields and to add product specific Ca prop 65 warning statement details.
• Develop standardized process for regulatory report generation.
• Project management for warning statement changes on product packaging, websites, e-manuals and printed materials.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of on-time, on budget and quality functional project and core work of the product stewardship team to include; resource effort, schedule estimate and cost, for new and active projects for product stewardship team.
• Prepare and submit annual reports for PFAS and EPR for each regulated jurisdiction
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent work experience

Experience:

3+ years of relevant job-related or regulatory experience associated with product compliance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills, including effective verbal, writing, and presentation proficiencies.
• Strong technical skills including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and enterprise resource planning systems similar to SAP.

Other:

Ability to travel up to 15% of the time domestically and internationally
