Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Mobility Specialist to support global mobility operations within a professional services environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the processes, complexities, and logistics of international mobility, combined with a collaborative mindset suited to working across a networked organization.

This role uniquely blends technical, analytical, and communication capabilities, requiring strong digital skills to enhance data-driven decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality communication and stakeholder engagement across the mobility programme.

Key Responsibilities

Mobility Operations & Compliance

  • Enable and maintain processes to ensure accurate and reliable mobility data across the network
  • Lead compliance activities with large amounts of data
  • Assist in the development and refinement of mobility policies and procedures
  • Manage technical questions and issues related to global mobility policy, programmes, and systems
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and stakeholders on mobility-related queries

Data, Technology & Analytics

  • Streamline and improve data management processes to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy through regular review and maintenance
  • Drive the support and effective use of global mobility technology platforms
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency through digital tools and AI capabilities

Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and maintain communication collateral (e.g., presentations, learning materials, SharePoint content) to deliver an enhanced client experience and share key strategic messages
  • Deliver clear, impactful written and verbal communications to diverse stakeholder groups
  • Support the creation of presentations and strategic materials for internal and business stakeholders
  • Provide high-quality and culturally competent support to network teams working in a complex business environment, independently evaluating and responding to ad-hoc requests in a timely manner and prioritising tasks based on strategic business needs

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage strategic projects of varying complexity, including planning, tracking progress, and coordinating logistics
  • Collaborate with business teams to deliver seamless mobility experiences for employees
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and programme delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the mobility team

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years minimum of experience in international or global mobility functional areas
  • Working knowledge of mobility legislation and compliance requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Ability to work effectively in a networked, matrixed organization, ideally within the professional services sector
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across geographies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx)
  • Familiarity with automation tools or scripting for reporting efficiency
  • Understanding and applying basic knowledge of the international assignment programme and policies
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships for collaboration, including other GM colleagues across the network.
  • Experience in AI prompting and digital transformation tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or a related field
  • Experience with mobility platforms or case management tools
  • Exposure to the international assignment lifecycle and policy frameworks
  • Advanced English skills
