We're Hiring | Commercial & Sales Manager
Ubicación: Monterrey & Pesquería, Nuevo León, México
This Puesto is based in Monterrey and Pesquería, Nuevo León, and requires regular field work, including customer visits, as well as availability to travel as business needs require.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial & Sales Manager to lead our commercial organization and drive sustainable business growth in the construction and industrial sectors.
This Puesto is responsible for developing and executing the Empresa's commercial strategy, achieving sales, margin, and profitability objectives, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also includes leading the sales team, strengthening relationships with strategic customers and distributors, negotiating key commercial agreements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to align commercial initiatives with business objectives. Responsibilities also include monitoring sales performance through CRM systems, KPIs, and sales forecasts, analyzing market trends and competitive activity, and implementing action plans that improve commercial performance and operational efficiency.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in technical B2B sales within the construction, building materials, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Experience managing a diverse product portfolio, including both high-volume products and high-value technical solutions.
- Demonstrated success in developing new customers, expanding existing accounts, and generating profitable business growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, margin management, contract negotiations, and business planning.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams while maintaining a hands-on leadership style.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to spend significant time in the field, acEmpresaing sales representatives, visiting customers, and personally managing key strategic accounts.
Leadership Experience (Required): Proven experience leading sales teams, including sales advisors, account executives, and field sales representatives.

Compensation Package
Fixed Salary Range: MXN $105,000 – $120,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
Performance Bonus: Based on individual and Empresa results
