Ignite PPC is a US-based niche marketing agency that helps real estate investors generate motivated seller leads through Google Ads.
We’re looking for a Google Ads Account Manager who can own client performance end-to-end — managing campaigns, leading client strategy, and helping clients turn ad spend into real business growth.
This is not a basic media buyer role. You’ll be responsible for both Google Ads execution and client-facing growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, and YouTube when applicable
- Own approximately 15 client accounts
- Lead bi-weekly client calls with clear strategy, insights, and recommendations
- Analyze performance across traffic, leads, appointments, and revenue
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and recommend solutions
- Build and execute scalable lead generation strategies
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal team members
- Take ownership of client results, account performance, and long-term growth
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of paid search, funnels, and performance marketing
- Ability to analyze data and make smart optimization decisions
- Comfortable speaking with clients and leading strategy conversations
- Proactive, accountable, and performance-driven
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
