Implement HR Business Partner plans and programs to provide ongoing support all HR aspects

across the assigned business as well as the implementation of policies, procedures and programs.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager in the development of a local HR strategy, fully aligned with Global and Regional HR guidelines, as well as with México’s General Management framework.
  • Implement the HR division's local strategy established by the Human resources Manager, analyzing deviations and developing corrective action-plans (if required) in order to achieve the established goals.
  • Propose initiatives to the Human Resources Manager to improve the area’s results.
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure clear, consistent, and timely information flow across the organization.
  • Support the execution of talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on employee relations matters.
  • Promote employee well-being initiatives focused on physical, mental, and emotional health. Coordinate wellness programs and campaigns in alignment with global and regional HR frameworks. Monitor employee feedback and participation to continuously improve wellness initiatives.
  • Provide HR Business Partner support to assigned functional areas. Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Ensure the development of the personnel within Galderma México, including recruitment and selection, labor relations, performance, competencies and training in order to have all employeeswith appropriate skills and success drivers to retain talent.
  • Conduct onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Perform voluntary & involuntary termination processes following Galderma´s values and culture to the employees impacted.
  • Follow up on labor lawsuits with local lawyers.
  • Implement and execute training and development plan, in order to have employees prepared and able to carry out their roles effectively.
  • Identify opportunity areas within employees at Galderma México to define learning and development programs, in order to address those opportunities.
  • Generate reports and follow up the progress of the different trainings assigned to the employees.
  • Elaborate reports of calibration and annual performance results of employees within Galderma México to identify opportunity areas, define job promotions with HR Managers.
  • Develop and implement strategies that develop the full-commitment and engagement from employees of Galderma México.
  • Design and implement plans to spread out Galderma’s culture, values and general guidelines for employees.
  • Ensure Line Managers and Employees understand the HR model and HR processes and can quickly and efficiently access solutions.
  • Utilize continuous improvement in HR to develop functional efficiencies and ways or working. Stay abreast of HR trends in the external market and recommend internal use when appropriate.
  • Ensure adherence to all local regulations in labor matter.
  • Look and propose suppliers related to the area’s functions, as well as coordinate activities performed, keeping a good relationships with suppliers to accelerate processes involved.
  • Build strong networks and relations within Galderma México, with Corporate, division heads, peers, industry players, authorities, clients, and advisors.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and collaborate with internal and external audits to comply with Galderma's standards.
  • Elaborate reports and presentations for different audiences as required by supervisors.
  • Participate in staff meetings, congresses, events, seminars, and courses as required.
Qualifications
  • Education/Training: Bachelor Degree on Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, Administration or related field.

Specialization on Human Resources.

  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources management and labor relations. Preferred in pharmaceutical industry
