This is a well-established US-based private equity and consulting firm with over $3Billion USA in AUM and a growing consulting practice focused on distressed assets. The Empresa have recently expanded into México and has opened up an office in México City and has grown rapidly with significant M&A activity. This leadership role will lead a team of 6+ investment banking associates and senior associates. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of leadership experience in a well-established and reputable Investment Bank to cover the México market, covering a variety of different industries (real estate, consumer goods, vehicles). This role will report to the CFO of the México Business Unit.

Necessary Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business discipline, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required or commensurate experience, master’s degree a plus
• 7+ years of progressive People/HR experience with at least 7 years in a client-facing business partner or advisory role.
• Certifications in HR (i.e., PHR, SPHR, etc.) and/or business field is a plus but not required.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business data into People insights.
• Excellent negotiating, communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and other HR technologies.
• Strong knowledge of HR/People disciplines, including talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and compensation, and experience working across all levels of leadership.

Ideal candidate:

• Experience in financial services (Private Capital, Banking, Investment Banking)
• Experience with talent development in different industries as this Empresa is highly focused on M&A in different industries (manufacturing, commercial real estate, food & beverage primarily in México)
• Experience partnering with C Level Executives
• Fluent Spanish and English

This Puesto is a net new Puesto, which will work closely with the CFO (based in México City) and CPO (based in the USA).
