You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

  • Developing interior layout solutions for workplace environments, ensuring alignment with client needs and project requirements
  • Creating accurate design deliverables and documentation, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Applying design insights to select appropriate products, materials, and applications based on functionality, aesthetics, and budget
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, sales partners, and other internal stakeholders to support project execution
  • Managing project tasks and timelines to ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Supporting client interactions by contributing to a seamless and positive design experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in interior design or a related design role
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to produce accurate, high-quality design work with strong attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and deliver work in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience developing interior layouts for office or workplace environments
  • Knowledge of CET or similar design configuration tools
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving project requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and structured approach
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy
