Mission:

As INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST you are responsible on planning, tracking and ensure the necessary components Ubicacións, know quantity through the SAP MRP system respecting and promoting the Values & Objectives of ANTOLIN SALTILLO.

Responsibilities:

• Configuration update of parameters for each part number (MRP needs, delivery frequency, plant schedule, MOQ, safety stock, planning period, etc.D

• Joint explosion of materialsD
• eletion" of obsolete items and modification of material delivery in SAP
• EDI Message Editing & Release
• Adjustment to material scheduling lines
• Definition of parameters (traffic lights) for control of critical references
• SAP Inventory Display
• Review of pending deliveries of raw materials
• Review of consumption, adjustments, scrap, transfers due to Raw Material Movements in the Production process
• Inventory verification and analysisR
• econciliation of arrivals of international materials with the traffic area
• Physical inventory of raw materials
• Monitoring quality problems, rejections, blocked stock, SCRAP reservation, others.
• Request for Account Statements & payment of taxes before SAT from suppliers.
• Tracking of material in Emergency warehouse

What we are looking for:

• Industrial, Logistics engineer similar or related career.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as Inventory Control Specialist in the Automotive Industry.
• SAP
• Experience in dealing with suppliers.
• Purchasing Process Management
• Immediate response to emerging situations in the supply chain.
• Knowledge on assembly, injection and pressing processes.
• Conversational English.
