Accountabilities:

• Support in the review, drafting and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents. (NDAs, Procurement Contracts, Purchase Contracts, Service Agreements, etc).
• Assist in litigation and legal proceedings before courts, government agencies and other authorities to protect the organization’s interests.
• Assist in providing corporate support to the group entities.
• Assist in real estate matters of the group.
• Assist in the development, implementation and updates of relevant legal policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with business colleagues to achieve targeted business results with acceptable level of legal risk.

Qualifications:

• Up to 5 years of experience working as a licensed attorney.
• Up to 5 years of experience in Contractual Law, Corporate Law, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate Law.
