About the role

The Global Sales executive is responsible for managing and growing assigned national key accounts by selling FedEx domestic and international products and services. This role focuses on driving net incremental revenue, maximizing profitability, strengthening long-term customer relationships, and executing sales strategies aligned with FedEx corporate objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional sales experience, preferably in B2B, logistics, or industrial sales.
  • Proven experience managing key or national accounts and achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight travel.
  • Fluent in English C1

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets for designated key accounts.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of national key accounts as defined by FedEx management.
  • Sell the full portfolio of FedEx products and services, ensuring value-based solutions that maximize yield and margin.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including sales calls, service reviews, proposal presentations, and executive-level engagements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account intelligence, including sales activity, customer data, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Implement FedEx marketing and sales initiatives within assigned accounts.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report competitive activity, including pricing strategies and market movements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal FedEx teams (operations, credit, customer service, headquarters, and stations) to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and escalation for assigned key accounts.
  • Provide feedback on sales strategies and customer needs through established FedEx channels.
