Job Summar

yWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Incident Manager to lead the management and resolution of IT service disruptions and critical incidents. The Incident Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, minimizing business impact, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement through post-incident analysis and process optimization

.Key Responsibilitie

sIncident Managemen

• tLead the end-to-end management of major incidents and service disruptions
• .Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders during incident resolution
• .Ensure incidents are prioritized, escalated, and resolved according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• .Act as the primary point of contact during high-severity incidents
• .Facilitate incident bridge calls and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

.Communication & Stakeholder Managemen

• tCommunicate incident status, impact, and resolution progress to business and technical stakeholders
• .Prepare executive-level communications during critical incidents
• .Ensure accurate and timely incident documentation

.Problem Management & Continuous Improvemen

• tConduct post-incident reviews (PIRs) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions
• .Identify trends and recurring issues to reduce future incidents
• .Drive corrective and preventive actions with relevant teams
• .Recommend improvements to incident management processes, tools, and procedures

.Governance & Reportin

• gMaintain incident records and reporting dashboards
• .Track incident metrics, KPIs, and SLA performance
• .Prepare regular reports for management and service review meetings
• .Ensure compliance with ITIL and organizational standards

.Process & Service Excellenc

• eSupport change, problem, and service management processes
• .Develop and maintain incident management playbooks and runbooks
• .Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning activities
• .Provide training and guidance on incident management best practices

.Required Qualification

• sBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• .5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Incident Management, or Operations Support
• .Experience managing critical incidents in complex enterprise environments
• .Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, cloud technologies, and service operations
• .Experience working in a 24x7 support environment
