• Design, lead, and implement continuous improvement and operational transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction across business processes.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
• Train and develop employees in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Performs process audits and operational gap analyses.
• Collaborate with key areas (production, logistics, finance, quality, etc.) to ensure cross-functional improvement.
• Coordinates cross functional teams through Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and Kaizen/Kaikaku
• Ability to develop standard work and create tiered Gemba process

• You focus efforts on continuous improvement; interested in identifying and seizing opportunities for alignment and integration. You formulate a clear strategy and map high-reaching steps that will accelerate the organization toward its goals. You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and partners. You articulate a compelling, inspired, and relatable vision and communicate the vision with a sense of purpose about the future.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of confirmed experience in a related role, with some combination of experience in key functional roles: Continuous improvement, Operations, Operational excellence.
• Good knowledge in core OPEX tools, VSA, Line balancing, Heijunka, Jidoka, 3P and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decision-making.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience in cultural transformations.
• Ability to work in cross functional teams.
• Good communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish: Proficient in both written and spoken languages.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, etc. methodologies.
• Process analysis, value stream mapping (VSM), operational indicators.
• Data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc.).
• Analytical thinking and results oriented.

• Master’s degree in administration, Quality, or related fields is desirable.
• Experience in Lean/Six Sigma projects (preferably with Green Belt certification)
• Project management (PMP certification or similar)
