Mission:

Achieve customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of the plant's production processes and adherence to the quality system, reducing waste to a minimum, through leadership in the work team and with members of other departments. Coordinate efforts to achieve a quality product in accordance with our customers' specifications, meeting their expectations, promoting self-control in the processes, complying with the quality systems established by Antolín Saltillo.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Lean / Six Sigma initiatives
• Mapping and documenting processes
• Manage improvement projects
• Analyze data for decision making
• Implement and monitor 5S
• Ensure compliance with standards

What we are looking for:

• Process/Mechanical engineer similar or related career.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as CI or OPEX Manager in the Automotive Industry.
• At least 5 year of experience working in Tier 1 Companies.
• SAP
• Immediate response to emerging situations in OPEX Area.
• Knowledge on assembly, injection and pressing processes.
• Advanced English.
