If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear. **NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY | OPERATIONS MANAGER** **TLAHUAC, CDMX** You will be responsible of the** **coordination and development of products and the process to exceed customer expectations, in addition to the control of production lines, systematic review of the product. - Establish proposals for improvements with monetary effect - Active participation in the improvement of the financial results of the plant objectives (scrap, safety, OEE, reject, overtime, down time, production deliveries) - Plant efficiency and productivity improvement - Manage department resources - Implementation and monitoring of the best manufacturing practices in the plant - Develop the staff under supervision - Train and integrate new staff - Maintain a good work environment that encourages employees to stay in their areas - Model leadership behaviors and style according to the Empresa - Authorize the use and disPuesto of the department’s budget **To be successful in this role you will need**: - 10 or more years of experience in the automotive industry in similar Puestos - Bachelor’s degree in engineering - English as second language, advanced - Experience with customers such as BMW and GM - Assembly, e-coat painting, welding, stamping - Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace._
