The ZF quality team ensures products meet standards and regulations through quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC), reducing defects and costs across the production lifecycle.

• Hands-on Experience: Active involvement in real-world projects, moving beyond theory to apply quality standards in a professional (industrial/software) environment.
• Mentorship & Growth: Guidance from experienced Quality Engineers who will support your professional development through regular feedback.
• Tool Mastery: Practical training in industry-standard software and methodologies, such as SAP and statistical analysis tools like Minitab.
• Process Insight: A deep dive into the entire product lifecycle, from initial design and Risk Assessment (FMEA) to final inspection and customer release.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret production data and support Root Cause Analysis to improve process stability and product excellence.
• Technical Literacy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel for data visualization) and a quick learner of specialized software such as Minitab or ERP systems like SAP.
• Proactive Mindset: Self‑motivated to bridge the gap between academic research and industrial application, with a strong desire for continuous learning.
• Communication: English (written and spoken) to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
