Revenue Manager | Park Hyatt Riviera Maya

We are currently looking for a Revenue Manager for Park Hyatt Riviera Maya (pre-opening).

This is a key role within a luxury environment, ideal for a strategic and analytical professional who thrives in driving performance and shaping commercial success from the ground up.

Profile:

▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, or Hospitality

▪️ Postgraduate degree or certification in Revenue Management, Finance, or Marketing is a plus

Experience:

▪️ 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management within hotels, preferably luxury resorts or all-inclusive properties

▪️ Pre-opening experience is highly desirable

▪️ Proven track record in forecasting, pricing, and demand optimization

Technical Skills:

▪️ Experience with RMS tools (IDeaS, Duetto, Rainmaker) and PMS/CRS (Opera, Synxis, etc.)

▪️ Strong knowledge of distribution channels (OTAs, direct, GDS, wholesale)

▪️ Expertise in market segmentation (Leisure, FIT, Groups, Corporate, MICE, Consortia)

▪️ Advanced understanding of KPIs: RevPAR, ADR, GOPPAR, Occupancy, Pick-up

▪️ Advanced Excel and data analysis tools (BI is a plus)

▪️ Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus

Key Competencies:

▪️ Strong analytical and strategic thinking

▪️ Results-driven with a commercial mindset

▪️ Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations)

▪️ Strong communication and presentation skills

▪️ Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment

Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Develop and execute pricing and inventory strategies aligned with brand Puestoing (luxury segment)

▪️ Lead weekly/monthly forecasting and demand analysis

▪️ Optimize channel mix and distribution strategy to maximize profitability

▪️ Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and Puestoing

▪️ Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and demand drivers

▪️ Support the commercial strategy during pre-opening and ramp-up phase
