Sales Development Representative
- Base salary: $1500-$2000 USD/month (according to experience) + Uncapped commission
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- 100% remote Puesto
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SDR to join a growing international team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone -based sales environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships while driving revenue growth. You will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, engage in outbound and inbound communication, and play a key role in increasing customer retention, satisfaction, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to drive engagement and sales (40+ calls/day)
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your client base
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and performance targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
- Strong experience with outbound calling and phone-based sales
- Excellent English communication skills (C1+ level, near-native preferred)
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
