In Ichor Systems we are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Planner to join our Supply Chain team in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing production and material plans that ensure the continuous flow of critical components while optimizing inventory levels, supplier performance, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams to support business objectives and customer commitments.

Key Responsibiliti

  • esDevelop, update, and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand, capacity, and material availabilit
  • y.Perform continuous analysis of forecast vs. capacity to ensure production goals are me
  • t.Adjust production plans in response to changes in demand, material constraints, or operational disruption
  • s.Release and track internal production or work orders according to MRP requirement
  • s.Monitor production order status, lead times, and supply constraint
  • s.Maintain optimal inventory levels, avoiding shortages and excess stoc
  • k.Identify and communicate plan deviations caused by material issues, quality problems, or equipment downtim
  • e.Coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments to minimize production impac
  • t.Manage delivery commitments, schedule changes, and confirmations with internal and external supplier
  • s.Ensure continuity of supply for critical and constrained material
  • s.Lead supplier performance evaluations and recommend actions for continuous improvemen
  • t.Collaborate with production, engineering, purchasing, logistics, and quality to ensure material availability and production capacit
  • y.Participate in and facilitate production, supply chain, and plan adherence meeting
  • s.Develop OTD / Plan Adherence analysis and communicate results to stakeholder
  • s.Support audit activities, compliance requirements, and internal control
  • s.Contribute to business continuity planning and escalation management for constrained material
  • s.Provide guidance and functional support to junior planners and buyer

s.Skills and Competenci

  • esAdvanced analytical skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw accurate conclusion
  • s.Proficiency with computer tools and ERP/MRP systems; strong command of Windows‑based operating system
  • s.Excellent written communication skills for clear and professional correspondenc
  • e.Strong understanding of inventory management processes and supply chain operation
  • s.Ability to interpret instructions, technical correspondence, and operational report
  • s.Mathematical proficiency for calculations involving rates, ratios, percentages, and statistical analysi
